Facial Reflexology can be defined as manual stimulation of nerve reflex areas and points on the face and scalp. These areas and points trigger different actions in the nervous system, causing positive and normalizing effects on the entire body's function. Relax the nervous system and lines on the face and jaw muscles. Gentle, organic oils and hot towels are included.

90 minutes: Enjoy 45 minutes of a relaxing facial reflexology treatment with gentle facial oils and hot towels, finished off with 45 minutes of Reiki or Integrated Energy Therapy. A truly indulgent pampering session!

Don't live in the Fargo area? Need some healing and insights but don't have the time to come in for an office appointment? Distance healings + emailed intuitive readings are a great way to satisfy that impulsive need for healing and information!

**You will receive an invoice emailed to you for the service. Services must be paid for prior to the appointment time. If invoice is not paid prior, I will not perform the service.**

Simply book your appointment for any day and time slot available, and you will receive your emailed report of the session with instructions on how to energetically receive your healing, approximately 1 hour after the start time. You don't need to make the appointment for when you are available, and you don't have to lie down and meditate to receive during the scheduled time. You absolutely CAN, but it's not necessary!

Reiki is great for kids and teens! They generally only need 30 minutes of energy work. Reiki helps them feel more calm and focused. A great option for sensitive ones that feel overwhelmed by big emotions they don't understand. Appropriate for at least 6 years old, up to high schoolers. I offer multiple options to work with different personalities and comfort levels.

-Regular Reiki: We don't have to talk! I can just do the work, and the kiddo can relax. (Great for tweens, teens, and super shy ones)

-Rainbow Reiki: This option helps your child feel a part of the session and empowers them to help heal themselves. We work through the chakra system, use rainbow colors to help remember the emotions and placement of the chakras, and learn how to let go of heavy stuff and bring in the good stuff. (Great for all ages)

-Unicorn Reiki: A fun option for little girls or boys who love a bit of magic! Unicorns bring in a positive, loving vibe. We can also bring in the rainbow visuals to help teach how to clear their own energy.

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a type of bodywork that relieves compression in the bones of the head, sacrum (a triangular bone in the lower back), and spinal column. CST is noninvasive. It uses gentle pressure on the head, neck, and back to relieve the stress and pain caused by compression. It can, as a result, help to treat headaches, migraines, sinus pressure, and more. It is not a massage, there is no pressure or manipulation. You are fully clothed during the session. Add on reflexology or Reiki for deeper relaxation! 60 or 90 minute options available. (30 or 45 mins of each choice)

You don't know what you need, you just know you need to be taken care of! This session is a combination of facial and foot reflexology, craniosacral therapy, energy healing and sound healing.
